FIELD OF THE INVENTION second rollers arranged to roll, fastening means for releasably fastening the first exercise means, and locking means for fixedly fixing the carriage to the frame rail. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Numerous different fitness equipment have been developed to maintain and improve muscle condition. Exercise equipment is usually a floor-standing device with a free-standing frame. In most cases, only one or at most a few muscle groups can be exercised with one exercise machine. Thus, in order to exercise all the muscle groups of the body, it is practically necessary to use several different fitness equipment. Acquiring a variety of exercise equipment is expensive and exercise equipment with its own free-standing frame requires a lot of space. Em. reasons limit the purchase of fitness equipment for home use. US10398928 discloses a fitness device comprising a rail mounted in a vertical position and a carriage moving along the rail to which the fitness device is attached. The carriage has first rollers fitted in the groove on the first side of the rail and second rollers to fit in the groove Q 25 on the second side of the rail. The carriage has a movable locking pin, by means of which the carriage can be locked in place in the locking holes in the rail. US20190299043 discloses a fitness device comprising a rail mounted on a vertical position and a movable carriage to which the fitness device is attached. On the front surface of the rail i there is a channel along which the carriage moves on the rollers. The rollers are supported by S 30 springs to roll along the edge surfaces of the channel wall. The carriage can be locked to the rail using a locking pin. OF
O N Em. In publications, the carriage locking member is located in the same groove along which the carriage moves on the wheels. Dirt or dust may enter the groove through the wheels, which may impair the operation of the carriage locking members. The grooves that act as the trajectory of the wheels are completely open on one side, so obstacles in the grooves can impede the movement of the wheels and the carriage.
It is an object of the invention to provide a fitness device which can reduce the problems associated with the prior art. The objects of the invention are achieved by a fitness device which is characterized by what is stated in the independent claim. Some preferred embodiments of the invention are set out in the dependent claims.
Brief summary of the invention second rollers arranged to roll, fastening means for releasably fastening the first exercise device - and locking means for fixedly fixing the equipment carriage to the frame rail. The body rail comprises a central channel between the first and second edge channels, and said locking means comprise locking openings in the central channel of the row and at least one locking projection in the device carriage which is adaptable to the locking opening.
In a preferred embodiment of the exercise device according to the invention, said device carriage has a base plate and the locking projection has a base protruding from the plane of the base plate and a tip part forming an angle with the base part. Preferably, said device carriage has at least two locking projections so that the distance between adjacent locking projections is a multiple of the distance between adjacent locking apertures. In another preferred embodiment of the exercise device according to the invention, said locking projections are movable to a locking position in which the tip portion of the locking projections is at a first distance from the base plate and in a transfer position where the tip portion is a second distance from the base plate. distance. Preferably, in the transfer position, the tip portion of the locking projections S is substantially flush with the surface of the base plate. In the locking position, at least a part of the locking projection extends inside the locking opening of the central channel, preventing the movement of the carriage in the longitudinal direction of the frame rail. Correspondingly,
the locking projection does not extend into the locking opening of the central channel, so that the device carriage can move along the frame rail.
In a further preferred embodiment of the exercise device according to the invention, the locking projections can be locked in the transfer position.
In this case, the device carriage can move freely in the longitudinal direction of the frame rail when a longitudinal force is applied to it.
In yet another preferred embodiment of the exercise device according to the invention, the first side of the exercise carriage has at least two first shafts on which the first rollers are arranged and the second side of the exercise carriage has at least two second shafts on which the second rollers are arranged, the first and second shafts being substantially parallel.
Preferably, the first shafts are spaced apart and the second shafts are spaced longitudinally.
In a further preferred embodiment of the exercise device according to the invention, the exercise carriage further comprises third rollers arranged to roll in the first edge channel and fourth rollers arranged to roll in the second edge channel, and at least one third shaft on the first side of the exercise carriage. , on which the fourth rollers are arranged, the third and fourth axes being substantially perpendicular to the first and second axes.
Each edge channel has - rollers which rotate about axes perpendicular to each other, the rollers rolling along surfaces in a position perpendicular to each other.
In a further preferred embodiment of the exercise device according to the invention, the device carriage has a first support profile to which the first and third shafts O 25 - are fastened and a second support profile to which the second and fourth shafts are fastened.
All the rollers in the same edge channel are thus fastened via axes to the same support profile.
E In a further preferred embodiment of the exercise device according to the invention, the wall N of the first edge channel and the wall of the second edge channel have a longitudinal groove which opens in the front surface of the frame rail.
The first support profile extends from the first edge port through the groove to the bottom plate of the carriage and the second support profile extends from the second edge port through the groove to the bottom plate of the carriage.
In a further preferred embodiment of the exercise device according to the invention, the body rail has at least one longitudinal intermediate channel of the body rail, the intermediate channel having a counterweight which is connected to the equipment carriage by a wire revolving around the pulley. Thanks to the counterweight, the sled can be moved in the longitudinal direction of the frame rail with very little force. In a further preferred embodiment of the exercise device according to the invention, the front surface of the frame rail further has a first edge groove and a second edge groove for attaching at least one second exercise device. Preferably, the first edge groove and the second edge groove are substantially parallel to the first and second edge channels, and the edge grooves are on the sides of the edge channels outside the trajectory of the machine carriage. The path of movement of the equipment carriage here means the area covered by the moving equipment carriage on the front surface of the edge rail. Since the edge grooves are located outside the path of movement, the exercise equipment attached to the edge grooves does not impede or impede the movement of the equipment slide in the longitudinal direction of the frame rail.
In yet another preferred embodiment of the exercise device according to the invention, the front surface of the frame rail further has a first side groove and a second side groove for attaching at least one third exercise device. The third exercise device may be in place attached to the side grooves simultaneously with the second exercise device attached to the edge grooves and the first exercise device attached to the equipment sled.
—The advantage of the invention is that it is a versatile exercise equipment, since several different exercise equipment can be attached to the frame rail for either separate or simultaneous use.
In addition, the invention has the advantage that it is reliable, since the rollers of the mobile device carriage are arranged in a practically closed channel. A further advantage of the invention is that it can be used in small spaces, since the device does not have a free-standing body which requires space.
A further advantage of the invention is that it reduces the material costs of manufacturing the body of the fitness equipment.
S o Brief description of the drawings
O N 30 - The invention will now be described in detail. In the description, reference is made to the accompanying drawings, in which: Fig. 1b is a cross-sectional view of the frame rail of Fig. 1a; Fig. 2c - shows the apparatus of Figs. Fig. 4a shows an exemplary cross-sectional view of a fitness device according to the invention and Fig. 4b shows a front view of a preferred embodiment of a fitness device according to the invention, Fig. 5 shows an example of a preferred device embodiment as described from the side.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Fig. 1a shows an exemplary front view of the frame N 20 of a fitness device according to the invention, and Fig. 1b shows the same frame rail in a cross-sectional view.
N In the following, both images will be described simultaneously.
N The frame rail 10 is an elongate metal profile with a shaped front surface 11 and a substantially flat rear surface 15. The edge rail is intended to be fixed to the wall in a vertical position so that its rear surface rests against the wall surface i 25.
By the front surface of the frame rail is meant the surface of the metal profile which remains visible in the edge rail installed in place.
The length of the frame rail can be dimensioned according to the height of the users of the S exercise machine or the walls of the operating space.
Preferably, the length of the frame rail is slightly less than the height of the wall serving as the base rail mounting base.
The frame rail can be a single piece or it can be made up of two or more pieces to be connected.
In the middle of the frame rail there is a longitudinal central channel 28 of the frame rail, the side of the front surface 11 of which is open. The central channel is thus practically a groove opening to the front surface, with two side walls and a bottom. At the bottom of the central channel there are a number of rectangular locking openings 24 which pass through the bottom of the central channel, i.e. the locking openings form a hole through the bottom in the cavity 29 between the rear surface 15 - the walls of the hubs are closed along the entire length of the intermediate channels and the open ends of the intermediate channels open into the end surfaces of the frame rail.
The first edge of the body rail has a first edge channel 14 and the second edge of the body rail has a second edge channel 16 so that intermediate channels parallel to the edge channels are located between the edge channels. The edge channels and the intermediate channel are rectangular in cross section. The front surface wall of the edge channels has a longitudinal groove 18 opening in the front surface 11 of the body rail 10. The front surface of the body rail further has a first edge groove 44 and a second edge groove 46 so that the grooves 18 remain between the edge grooves. The edge grooves have a semicircular cross-section and the edge groove opens a longitudinal slot in the front surface, the width of which is smaller than the maximum width of the cross-section of the edge grooves. The outermost portions of the front surface of the frame rails have a first side groove 72 and a second side groove 74.
Fig. 2a shows an exemplary front view of an exercise carriage belonging to a fitness equipment, Fig. 2b shows a side view of the equipment carriage shown in Fig. 2a, and Fig. 2c shows the equipment carriage shown in Figs. 2a and 2b shown from below. In the following, all the above pictures will be described simultaneously. S 25 - The device carriage has a base plate 13 with a longitudinal N ridge 25 in the central part of the carriage, the cross-section of which is compatible with the cross-sectional shape of the central channel of the frame rail, i.e. the ridge can be fitted inside the central channel play. There are three holes in the bottom of the ridge, each of which protrudes = 30 - a locking projection 26 protrudes. At the first end of the device carriage S there is a fastening tube 58 and at the other end a fastening rod 59, which act as fastening means with which the device carriage can be detachably fastened - a fitness device. The first end further has a traction ring 57 and the second end a locking handle 60. By moving the locking handle, the locking projections 26 can be moved to the extended locking position and the retracted transfer position as described below.
Attached to the first support profile 34 are three first shafts 22 spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the carriage.
Attached to each of the first axles are the first two rollers 20 so that the rollers are located on different sides of the support profile.
Similarly, three second shafts 32 are spaced apart from the second support profile 36 and two second rollers 30 are secured to each of the other shafts (Figure 2c). The first and second axes are parallel.
Also attached to the first support profile are two third shafts 42 and - to the second support profile, two fourth shafts 52 perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the first and second shafts.
One third roller 40 is attached to each of the third shafts and one fourth roller 50 is attached to each of the fourth shafts. as an exploded view.
The upper surface of the base plate 13 of the device carriage has - a surface plate 15 and an edge plate 17 at both edges. , which cross - section is dimensioned to accommodate - movement in the recess 62 in the longitudinal direction of the recess.
Inside the trough-shaped shape of the transfer beam is an elongate locking bar 67. The locking bar is an upwardly opening trough-shaped metal profile with three locking projections 26 at a constant distance from each other on the bottom surface facing the recess 62.
The distance between two successive locking projections is a multiple of the distance between two successive locking projections of the frame S 25 - rail, i.e. the distance between two consecutive locking projections N is the distance between two successive locking projections multiplied by an equal integer.
The locking projections have N bases with a flat rim surface perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the locking bar.
The free end of the base portion has a tip portion 27 which forms an angle with the edge surface of the base portion.
When the device carriage is locked in place on the frame rail, the locking projection is fitted into the locking hole of the frame rail so that the edge surface S of the base part abuts the edge surface of the locking hole and the tip of the locking projection is located in the cavity S29 (Fig. 1b). The tip then acts as a stopper to prevent the locking projection from accidentally slipping out of the locking opening.
The side walls of the locking bar have lifting pins 66 transverse to the longitudinal direction of the locking bar and the side walls of the gutter-shaped profile of the transfer beam have elongate lifting holes 65. All lifting holes are in a similar oblique position to the longitudinal In the assembled device carriage, the locking bar is placed inside the transfer beam so that the ends of the lifting pins fit into the lifting holes. At the bottom of the trough-like profile of the locking bar there are guide holes 70 and at the bottom of the recess there are guide pins 68 which fit into the guide holes when the transfer beam 63 and the locking bar inside it are placed in the recess. The cover surface of the trough-like part of the transfer beam has elongate through holes 64 through which the guide pins pass. The ends of the guide pins extend through the locking bar and the transfer beam into the holes 69 in the surface plate 15. The elongate shape of the through holes 64 allows the transfer beam 63 to be moved in the recess lengthwise by pushing or pulling the locking handle without obstructing the guide pins. On the other hand, the locking bar 67 in contact with the transfer beam via the lifting pins 66 cannot move longitudinally, since the guide holes 70 and the guide pins 68 passing through them allow the locking bar to move only in the direction of the guide pins, i.e. in the transverse direction. The longitudinal movement of the transfer beam forces the lifting pins to move in the elongate, oblique lifting hole 65, whereby the locking bar moves towards or away from the entire surface plate 15, depending on the direction of movement of the transfer beam. By moving the transfer bar from the locking handle by pushing or pulling, the locking projections 26 attached to the locking bar are made to move to the extended locking position or the retracted transfer position. The device carriage can be provided with a locking device (not shown) with which the transfer beam can be locked in place in the recess when the locking projections are in the retracted transfer position. In this case, the device carriage can be moved freely along the frame rail. The locking device can be, for example, a dowel pin which is placed in a hole W passing through the transfer beam, the surface plate and the base plate. E 30 - Figure 4a shows by way of example a fitness device N according to the invention in a cross-sectional view, and Figure 4b shows the same fitness device as seen from the front. = In the following, both images will be described simultaneously.
The device carriage 12 is fixed in place on the frame rail 10 by fitting the first and third rollers 20, 40 of the device carriage to the first edge channel 14 and the second and fourth rollers 30, 50 to the second edge channel 16. The side dimensions of the rollers are substantially larger than the openings must be fitted inside the edge channels through the open ends of the edge channels. When the device carriage is mounted in place on the frame rail, the device carriage can be moved in the longitudinal direction of the frame rail when the locking projections 26 are moved to the transfer position. To facilitate movement of the device carriage, there is a counterweight 54 within each intermediate channel 38 which is secured to the device carriage by a wire 56 rotating about a pulley 48 at the upper end of the frame rail (Figure 4b). At the upper end of the frame rail is an end piece 78 inside which the pulleys are. When the device carriage has been moved to the desired position on the frame rail, the device carriage is locked in place on the frame rail by moving the locking projections to the locking position.
The first and second rollers are dimensioned so that their diameter is slightly smaller than the smaller side dimension of the edge channels 14, 16. As the device carriage moves along the body rail, the first rollers 20 and the second rollers 30 then roll along either the front surface or the back surface side of the body rail along the wall surface of the edge channel. The third rollers 40 and the fourth rollers 50 are attached to the device carriage so as to roll along the wall surface of the edge channels closer to the intermediate channel 38. The first and second edge grooves 44, 46 and the first and second side grooves 72, 74 of the body rail 10 may be attached. desired exercise equipment. In Fig. 4a, a loop 76 is attached to the first and second edge grooves by way of example, which acts as a guide wire for the hoisting wire of the sledge provided with weights (Fig. 6).
Figure 5 shows an exemplary side view of a preferred embodiment of a fitness device according to the invention. The edge rail 10 of the exercise machine is screwed to a vertical position on the room wall 100. The carriage 12 is locked in place at the lower end of the frame rail near the floor 102 of the carriage. The treadmill N is a fitness device specially designed for the fitness device according to the invention, = at the first end of which the fastening means are compatible with the fastening means of the carriage N. Two parallel I armrests 112 are attached to the side grooves of the frame rail so that the treadmill is positioned between the armrests. The armrests act as other exercise equipment to support the safe use of the treadmill = 30 and are equipped with fastening elements compatible with the side grooves of the frame rail.
Fig. 6 shows an exemplary side view of another preferred embodiment of a fitness device according to the invention. In this embodiment, the locking members of the device carriage 12 are locked in the transfer position, whereby the device carriage can move along the free frame rail 10. Two pulleys 114 are attached to the edge grooves of the device rail, near the top of the frame rail, and the device carriage is connected to handles 118 by two hoisting cables 116 rotating around the pulleys. Alternatively, the device carriage can be connected to the handles with two resistance rubber bands revolving over the pulleys. In this embodiment, the device carriage is fixedly attached to the frame rail at a suitable height and additional weights can be omitted altogether. The above-mentioned embodiments of the exercise device are intended for exercising upper body muscle groups. Some preferred embodiments of the exercise device according to the invention have been described above. The invention is not limited to the solutions described above, but the inventive idea can be applied in various ways within the limits set by the claims. O OF O OF OF
